Refund, Cancellation and Reschedule Terms

Payments, booking changes, cancellations, refunds and rescheduling.

Terms

  • ◇Styling service payments: the terms apply to deposits and full payments for all styling services and packages.
  • ◇Event ticket payments: the terms apply to all in-person event tickets, including transfers to another person where allowed.
  • ◇Digital product purchases: the terms apply to the Color Wheel, guides, downloads and online masterclasses, where access is granted immediately on purchase.
  • ◇Booking changes: clients request changes through the portal or directly with Simone. Notice periods are stated in the applicable service or event terms.
  • ◇Cancellations: cancellation outcomes differ between services, tickets and digital products, and are set out in the final wording.
  • ◇Refunds: no refunds are issued. Reschedule requests made more than 72 hours before a session can be moved, with up to 2 reschedules allowed. Requests within 72 hours are treated as used.
  • ◇Travel: a travel fee of AUD 150 applies when the client location is around 1 hour from Sydney.
  • ◇Rescheduling: sessions may be rescheduled within the notice period. Repeat rescheduling may be treated as a cancellation.
  • ◇The app may display or send these terms before checkout or payment, and record that they were shown.
  • ◇Digital products with immediate access (clause 6.3): I want access to this product straight away. I understand that once access begins I lose my right to cancel within 14 days. I have read and accept the Digital Product Terms.
  • ◇These refund, cancellation and rescheduling rules are approved and reflected in the app copy.

Travel

  • ◇In-person sessions are delivered from Pyrmont NSW 2009, Sydney, Australia. A travel fee applies where the client location is around one hour away.
