Client Portal Terms of Use

Terms

• ◇Client account access: an account is created by Oro Fashion House after a service is confirmed. Logins are personal and must not be shared.
• ◇Client portal use: the portal is provided for the client's own styling journey. Content in the portal is for personal use and is not to be redistributed.
• ◇Questionnaire access: the client can complete, save and update their style questionnaire until it is submitted, and can view their submitted answers afterwards.
• ◇Moodboard and Pinterest area: the client may add Pinterest links and reference notes. Linked content stays with its original source; Oro Fashion House does not claim ownership of it.
• ◇Shopping list: items are styling recommendations only. Purchases are made directly with the retailer, and availability, pricing and returns are the retailer's responsibility.
• ◇Lookbook and outfit gallery: outfit images are private to the client account and to Simone unless the client separately approves marketing use.
• ◇Final PDF guide access: the final style guide is released to the client only after Simone approves it. Drafts are never visible to the client. The guide is for personal use.
• ◇Follow-up and review links: after the final guide is delivered, the portal may show a Google review request, social links and an option to book a next session. These are optional.
• ◇Prototype-only features: some areas are shown as previews while the app is being built and are clearly labelled. They carry no service commitment until they are live.
