Privacy Notice
What information Oro Fashion House collects, how it is used and where it is stored.
Terms
- ◇Client account data: name, email, phone, login details, service and journey status.
- ◇Questionnaire answers: challenges, goals, lifestyle, fit and preference answers, and the selected style profiles.
- ◇Photos and uploads: wardrobe, outfit and reference images uploaded by the client or by Simone on the client's behalf.
- ◇Moodboard and Pinterest links: links and notes saved by the client.
- ◇Measurements and style preferences: sizing, measurements and personal preference detail.
- ◇Simone's notes: styling notes and internal admin notes and tags held against the client record.
- ◇Meeting and notetaker summaries: written summaries of consultations and sessions.
- ◇Shopping list, lookbook and PDF data: recommended items, outfit records and the final style guide.
- ◇Event registration details: attendee name, contact details, ticket status and any dietary or accessibility notes.
- ◇Digital product access data: what was purchased, when access was granted, and access status.
- ◇Hosting and storage: Supabase hosts the app database and permanent file storage in Sydney, Australia. Content delivery may briefly cache files outside Australia while a page or download is served.
- ◇Developer and administrator access: an authorised app developer/maintainer may access client records only where necessary to build, maintain, troubleshoot or support the app, subject to confidentiality and without permission to use client material for any other purpose.

Where your information is stored
- ◇Oro Fashion House uses Supabase to host the app database and permanent file storage in Sydney, Australia.
- ◇The database, sign-in records, uploaded photos, prepared files and backups are held in that Sydney region.
- ◇Content delivery may briefly cache files outside Australia while a page or download is being served.
Developer and administrator access
- ◇An authorised app developer/administrator may access client records only where necessary to build, maintain, troubleshoot or support the app, subject to confidentiality and without permission to use client material for any other purpose.
