Client Consent Form
The permissions you give, and can withdraw, for photos, notes and marketing.
Approval-ready consent wording
- ◇I agree that Oro Fashion House may collect and store my style questionnaire answers, measurements and sizing, lifestyle and preference information, and the photos I upload, for the purpose of delivering my styling service.
- ◇I understand my uploads and answers are private to me and Simone, and are not used for marketing unless I give separate written permission.
Terms
- ◇Consent is collected as a required step in the client questionnaire before submission.
- ◇Photo consent is recorded per upload. Where consent is not given, the file stays admin-only.
- ◇Consent can be withdrawn at any time, which hides the relevant content from the client portal and stops further use.
- ◇Approved for publication on 20 September 2026. Real client data is collected only once the Sydney region migration is verified.
